Questions, answered.

All questionsAll questions
Do I book on this site? No. Lotus Route helps you choose, then hands you to the partner who holds the booking: Traveloka, Expedia, Vietnam Airlines and the local operators we have joined.
When should I visit Vietnam?February to April and October to early December suit most of the country. The north and the south run different seasons; each destination page lists its own months.
Do I need a visa? Most visitors do, and many nationalities can use Vietnam's e-visa. The rules change; our visa guide links the official portal and dates its sources.
How do you choose the stays?By hand: location first, then rooms and recent feedback. Each place says what it is good for, and who should pick something else.
What if my booking needs a change?Changes and refunds run through the partner you booked with. We link their support page right where we hand you over.
Is planning here free?Yes. You pay the partner's price; we earn a commission from them when a booking happens.
